Jake is originally from London, Ontario, and moved to Ottawa in 2015. He earned his BSc in Chemistry at the University of Ottawa, where he did his honour’s project with the group. Jake started as a graduate student in the fall of 2020, and currently working on completing his PhD. Jake holds a Canada Graduate Scholarship (CGS-D). In his spare time, he enjoys playing video games, playing piano, and watching TV. In the summer months, he likes fishing, camping, and swimming while in the winter months, he enjoys skiing and skating.
